Ladies Joyce Building Shootout 10 November
Results of Joyce Building Shootout held Sunday last.
Winner - Willi Powell
Second - Rae Winkelman
Third - Jenny Niezen
Fourth - Pam Taylor
As some players Nett scores were even on holes 3,4, 6,7, and 8, putt offs/chip offs were needed to decide which player dropped off at that hole.
Pam T survived 3 of these but unfortunately No. 7 hole was her downfall - even though she was supported by her son who was visiting for her birthday.
Jenny N played her usual steady game but came to pieces on the left hand side of No. 8, followed by a chip off with Willi which put Jenny in third spot.
Coming out the winner with a great 9 holes we saw Willi back to her usual form shooting I think 38. Rae scrambled her way to second.
Other participants were - Gay Smith, Barbara Crotty, Betty Tarrant, Dianne Taylor, Sandy Twaddle.
